All communication, information, documentation, or creations between clients and YOKāLLOY are confidential and protected. The only information to be published is shared per the client’s permission. All products and services provided by YOKāLLOY are copyright-protected. Once owned and published by the client, creation credit to YOKāLLOY must remain visible to the public unless other terms have been agreed upon. All content created by and for YOKāLLOY is copyright-protected and therefore requires our permission to be used under reference.

Security

We use reputable software known for its high security and freedom to design and connect internally or externally. Each software provides everything needed to meet our clients’ needs. We work with a wide range of software tools such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Squareup payment system, Wise Signature, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Express, Appypie Appmakr, Synthesia AI videos, Jitter, Norton, and many others to create and design our clients’ unique digital products safely. We know these are reputable tools because we have researched and used them since 2023 to power YOKāLLOY.

Payment & Refund Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work after consultation and before beginning any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of documents or publishing of any web content.

Drafts or previews may be shared with watermarks or restricted access until the final balance is received.

Due to the nature of custom work, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun. However, YOKāLLOY committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will provide reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.

Recurring Monthly Payment Policy

For ongoing content maintenance and management services, payment is billed monthly, with each client’s billing cycle based on the start date of the agreement. For example, if services begin on the 15th, the invoice will be due on the 15th of each month moving forward.

Clients will receive a reminder one week prior to their due date. Services for the upcoming month will only begin once payment has been received. Because time is reserved in advance for each client’s needs, monthly payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This monthly support is flexible and commitment-free. Clients may cancel their membership anytime without cancellation fees or penalties. If a pause is preferred instead of ending services, memberships may be frozen until services are needed again.
